This beautiful 1960s house, surrounded by a meticulously maintained garden full of flowers and plants, is located in the heart of Ravenna, just a few minutes walk from famous monuments, lively bars, delightful restaurants, and shops of all kinds.
It is possible to rent the entire house, which has 3 bedrooms (with a total of 6 beds), a dining room, living rooms, a dining area, 2 kitchens, a balcony, and parking.
Through a staircase of 10 steps, you will access the main entrance and then the dining room, furnished with a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a table, a sideboard, and a modern flat-screen TV. In front of the entrance, you will find a cozy living room with a sofa, a desk, and a fireplace. Additionally, there is a dining area with a table and a sideboard, as well as a fully equipped separate kitchen. On the same floor, there is a bathroom with a shower.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: a spacious double bedroom (or with two single beds), with a small walk-in closet and a wardrobe with access to the balcony, and two other double bedrooms (or with two single beds), along with a large bathroom with a bathtub. The floors, bathroom, and stairs are made of elegant marble, while the bedrooms have a soft parquet floor. The windows are equipped with mosquito nets to ensure a peaceful rest.
Among the additional services offered, you will find free Wi-Fi, garden chairs, parking spaces in the garden, night lighting, pet-friendly policy, TV, mosquito nets, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, microwave, washing machine, and drying rack. Just a few steps away from our vacation home, you will find some places of great cultural and historical interest. You can visit the Basilica of San Francesco, located just 450 meters away, as well as the Tomb of Dante. Furthermore, we recommend not to miss the Cathedral with its wonderful Neon Baptistery, which is only 300 meters away. Not far from here, you can also admire the famous basilicas with their spectacular Byzantine mosaics, such as San Vitale, the Mausoleum of Galla Placidia, and S. Apollinare Nuovo.
If you are interested in shopping, you will find streets full of shops just a few minutes' walk from our property. Additionally, you can taste the local flavors in the numerous typical restaurants in the area. If you want to spend a few days at the beach, we recommend visiting Marina di Ravenna or Punta Marina, easily accessible by car or bus. The bus stop is only 50 meters away and will allow you to reach the train station and other tourist destinations. Furthermore, if you are in the mood for some fun, you can visit the amusement park Mirabilandia, which is nearby.
